The only thing that I disliked was that it had some green tea extract in it. This is because I am sensitive to caffeine. However, I was surprised that it didn't have the effect on me that coffee or chocolate has, that is a rapidly, beating heart.However, I liked (and yes I have used it every day since it arrived on Mar 27, 2019) all of the many ingredients as they contain a tremendous amount of polyphenols and other necessary non gmo vitamins and minerals. I use it in place of many fruits and vegetables, although I still eat my berries, but it enables me to receive the benefits of greens and others without the great costliness and preparation time. I just put a scoop in my drink in the morning with about 12 oz of cold water, 1 scoop of another protein powder (Vega greens) and 2-4 oz of organic unfiltered w/the mother apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup berries and wa la - instant enjoyment and energy. It really does taste good. I have noticed a difference in my outlook and in my energy. You should know that I am 72 years old and that I still have a business (accounting) and a number of other occupations. I ride my bike often and also walk often. Labels can be so misleading and difficult to read trust me guys and gals even some of our health snacks ae full of hidden sugars and brain drain ingredients. I appreciate how this does not have a lot of grasses that we are not designed to eat and digest for nutrition. This controls my sugar cravings and gives me a natural happy gut and energy that really satisfies. I add to my son and husbands smoothies and they love the taste. and when I'm om run I just add to half fresh squeezed juice or half water and lemon. Make your own recipe and add to salad dressing with pom gems. just try it, you wont regret it. Thank you Torrie I look forward to more nutritious choices.I've been taking it about a week, but noticed with the first serving that I felt a lot better within an hour and throughout the day. So this works well for me and ilk keep taking it, I'm sure it'll hemp me even more over time. HOWEVER I have to take a star off because unlike as others have said, it does NOT taste like strawberry milk, I tried it in rice milk and other ways and the flavor actually goes like this... strawberry mmmm! ... rotting kale.. rotting kale! ROTTING KALE! STEVIA!.. STEVIA! STEVIA! ROTTING KALE OH GOD STEVIA ROTTING KALE STEVIA OH GOD....And just goes on like that reverberating. BUT...none of tthese kinds of green drinks taste good, despite their claims and I've tried many. So I look at it like a nice tall glass of stevia/ rotting forest flavored medicine. And I'm glad for it because I need it pretty badly. I guess if I wanted something that tasted delicious and wasn't going to help me I'd sip on a mountain dew.I love how much energy this gives me. I add it to my morning smoothie and I’m not able to taste the greens. However, the label says you can drink it with just water. I tried that initially and thought it tasted way too green. I also liked that torrie herself was so sweet and asked for genuine feedback. I’m so sick of fake 5 star reviews in exchange for freebies or refunds. So I’d recommend this product if you add it to a smoothie or juice. I’ll definitely buy it againGreat for energy and digestion! Would definitely recommend!I've been taking this for about 3 weeks now. Initially it did give me slight stomach cramps, but more of a nuisance than painful. I can't say it has given me boundless energy, but I don't feel quite so sluggish as I normally do. I feel like most of the bloating I was getting before is gone. After starting this I'm not getting that low blood sugar feeling by the time lunch rolls around. Also, oddly, I've been struggling with cracked heels which have gotten better since drinking this. I gave 4 stars for taste. It is a bit too "green" tasting for me. (even my 3 year old didn't like it). I've tried making with fresh or frozen berries, but the only thing that I've found so far that takes away the earthy taste is bananas.The flavor of this product really surprised me. It wasn’t chalky and had a very natural flavor. It tasted like I was drinking my fruits and vegetables. I like how natural all the product ingredients are. Since I’ve been using this product I feel like I have more energy. The last little bit of the drink can be a bit grainy but if you add a little more water and shake up the residual it’s not bad at all. I recommend this product especially if you’re not able to eat your fruits and vegetables as much as you want to.I have been using Torries reds for about a month now and have found it to be a fantastic addition to a whole food smoothie that I have concocted as a meal replacement for myself. Even my husband, who is not a fan of fruits and vegetables will gladly drink one down. It is a little too sweet for me (stevia) and I would love to have an unsweetened version. If use it in the smoothie (that has plain kefir) it is a good balance. I love gettign such a variety of nutrients in such an easy scoop. I will gladly order another jar for next month:)
