I’m going through menopause and was not feeling my best , I started taking the wheat grass after three weeks I started to see a difference in my energy level and my skin. It doesn’t taste great, But okay with orange juice in the morning. I recommend to co- workers they were impressed with their results. So give it 3 / 4 weeks to feel the affects.This stuff is great! I can really feel a big boost of energy after taking it! Additionally, I used to have a lot of digestive issues that seem to have cleared up with this product. I really trust Amazing Grass and think their products are top quality.Many years ago I used to use their green superfood powder, but it had a lot of enzymes and probiotics in it that gave me digestive problems and an upset stomach. I like that this powder is just the natural grasses, minus all the enzymes and probiotic additives.The taste is not great, but not bad. It's slightly sweet with a grassy flavor. I've tried it in apple juice, but it was way too sweet for me. I just mix it in a little bit of water. I don't enjoy it, but it's easy enough to just gulp down and chase with some water to get the flavor out of your mouth. If you used it in a big smoothie you probably wouldn't notice it much.Food supplementI bought this to use for a 3-day detox found in this bookThe taste is no bueno, but overall the benefits far outweigh the taste. I'm big into expiration dates with every thing edible I purchase. I had 2 scoops in 16ozs of water along with fruit, hemp or flax seeds, walnuts or a variety of other nuts or seeds and sometimes I'll also throw in 3 handfuls of spinach or kale also and let the blender do what it does. I love Amazing Grass and no I can not taste it; It is not overbearing the way I make my Smoothies. The instructions say to put one scoop into 8oz of water or juice and that's what I do. It comes with a long handled plastic scoop inside of the powder, which one will see when they take the top off. Instructions say it has to be refrigerated after opening. If one follows the instructions, there will not be a problem. I like this green powder very much!
