My husband has to limit the amount of vitamin K he ingests. He can eat this lettuce as it is low in vitamin K. The lettuce is very green, tastes good, no brown spots, no excessive dirt, and makes him happy as he loves salad. The size is good for two medium salads, the clamshell helps to keep it very fresh and it lasts long in our refrigerator, maybe a week or more. The appearance is perfect and presents well. It is a little expensive but then all quality food is these days. We've purchased many times and I expect we will purchase many more times.
