Very similar in taste and ingredients to Dynamic Greens if you are used to that brand and want to switch to something less pricey. Though this is not organic. Side by side you might notice a very slight difference but all in all found its a good substitute. It has the brown color, and nice rich chocolately flavor (no green taste at all, which is what I was looking for.) I Mix mine with water and ice in a shaker in the summer.Or In Winter its my hot chocolate- I throw a half handful of dark chocolate chips in a pan add milk a scoop of delicious greens and a scoop of whey protein concentrate whisk till its steaming and blended and its a Hot chocolate/protein drink- I call it my Morning cup of Chocolate (coffee) I have tried it with coconut milk (cold) as well and that is really good too. I even use it to make a 'Mounds bar" cocktail (basically my hot chocolate recipe with Baileys coconut rum and Chocolate liquor sprayed with whip cream on top and a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top.
