There are also supporting patch behind the distress area, so I assume it would hold up ok.OkOn the smaller side.Super cute jeans, but no lie-super skinny.I bought these jeans for a 12 yr old who wears a 14 in most Levis. These jeans fit spot-on. I had ordered both a 14 and a 16 because I read some reviewers thought they ran a bit small but that was not the case here. There is stitching around the frayed areas to keep them from fraying more. They washed up without any shrinkage. We are keeping the larger pair for future wear.These are a Birthday gift to my 10-yr old granddaughter who is very thin with long legs and I am very pleased to say “I know they will fit” because I have her measurements and I measured the jeans. I plan to wash them prior to gifting (do this for all clothing purchased) and I am ? % confident of color retention because that’s a superb quality of Levi’s.
