This brush is a loop brush-great for wigs which is what I bought it for. It works great-glides through easily to get tangles out without tearing hair. It is lightweight and plastic-so I do not know how durable it will be in the coming months. I bought the small size as it is perfect for travel as well.No tangles at all would definitely buy anotherGot this for my own hair. Wigs need something exceptionally gentle and this brush has been great. It's also very easy to clean.The perfect tool to keep my wigs untangled. If you wear wigs, you’ll want this wig brushit does NOT work well: not on MY natural hair, nor on my long (or short) wigs, nearly as well as the “long-hair”-type wig brush i already have (the kind w/straight plastic 1 1/2” long bristles). there is NO reasoning behind the LOOPED bristles on this brush…especially since they do nothing to help. CLEARLY it’s simply a successful marketing ploy: “something different” to catch the eye, b/c THE PLOY WORKED on ME, huh? -i- bought it=??TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.UPDATE Mar 2022: i used this as a backup brush for some months after initial review. it took MAYBE 3mos of inconsistent use to have the looped bristles start falling out. when 1/3 were gone…INTO THE GARBAGE it went.Because of the price and the reviews, I was expecting something a little more spectacular. It is in fact only a little better than a wide toothed comb. I've only tried it with the particular hair style that I am sporting right now (a shoulder lengthed bob) and I can admit that it pulls a lot less than my other combs/brushes, therefore reducing the amount of shedding. The true test will come once I have changed my style a couple of times but for right now, I feel as if I spent twice the money for what I already have in my cabinet. Updates will come later.Update: Sep 14, 2013So after having owned this brush for a few months, it is now my Go-To and gets a full 5 stars! Since purchasing I have rocked a couple of different hairstyles, long and short and I can honestly say that this brush makes a big difference in small ways. For example, right now I am sporting a short and sassy layered pixie style and this brush is great for bringing out feather detail. When I had my hair long it was perfect for getting rid of tangles and bringing out the volume without ruining curls. I'm guessing the magic is in the loops which allow the hair to flow through versus a regular brush/comb which, for lack of a better phrase, tears through the hair, forcing it a certain way.I am now a fan and I definitely recommend. :-)Just what I was looking for to brush my wigletI have a 22in synthetic wig with curls and this brush doesn't tug and rip out the hairs. Worked great !Nice one. I bought it first one for my self and then one more for my friend.But my friend lost it after using for a year. So bought the third piece again for my friend. Nice product and good quality for hair systems
