I've only been using this product since Oct. I know for anything to happen to your body or any type of benefit you have to use a product for over 6 months.I take 15ML a day. I don't feel nauseous like other reviewers, but I do get like a boost of energy for a good 4 hours. I'm really not taking it for energy Per say.. I'm taking it for the benefit of getting my green intake. I'm like a child when it comes to eating vegetables, so I thought this would be a good way to get my daily in take of vegetables. (hopefully) It also doesn't taste gross and has a mild mint taste. It does turn your teeth dark green and your poop also turns the very dark green color to match the green liquid haha. Just thought I should share that small detail haha.I'm going to place another order today. It only lasted me 2 months at 7 days a week.
