Our son's chiropractor recommended the Numedica Power Greens as part of a nutritional and weight loss program for him. He brought the canister with him when he came to visit and shared some with me. I became an immediate fan, and am currently enjoying my second canister. I put a scoop of the greens in a glass of almond milk (or water) along with fresh greens and fruit. It mixes great in my VitaMix and becomes a high nutrient, great tasting breakfast for me.
