Been drinking this for one week and already notice a difference in my energy levels! I was taking large multivitamins before but hated the aftertaste (even from 1 pill). Chiroflex is exactly the change I was looking for! This stuff tastes great. I add it to just water and actually ENJOY drinking it. More fruit than vegetable flavor which I think we can all agree is a WIN. Looking forward to trying it in smoothies and oat milk.If you’re looking for great tasting way to get those daily fruits and veggies look no further. This stuff rocks! This product is awesome, it is a easy way to get all your daily fruits and vegetables and another plus is that it tastes great in water and smoothies. Definitely the best superfoods power I’ve come across! The best super greens I have tried! love the versatile scooper it comes with, works great with water bottles or in a regular glass. It is the perfect addition to my smoothies and juicesThe Chiroflex Superfood Greens Powder Drink Mix comes in a bulky little 7.4oz plastic tub, 1/2-way full of milled green product, for $39 as of this writing. A hint expensive when you think you'll only get about 30-servings from it, or a $1.30 per scoop. One (notably odd) scoop yields 20 calories, 3g carbs, 1g fiber, 1g sugar, 1g protein, and a laundry list of various minerals, vitamins, and proprietary superfood complexes (comprised of greens, plant fibers, whey, and berries).I am low carb and intermittently fast. I think this would likely be suitable for Keto (2g net carbs per scoop), especially since this has traces of manganese, chromium, sodium, and potassium. They also sweeten this blend with stevia. Keto-suitability will depend on how many carbs one adheres to; individual dietary needs. I know some people who eat less than 20, others who go as high as 50 and manage to stay in ketosis. User needs will vary. Ultimately, for low carb, low calorie, this slightly nutrient-enriched supplement fits my needs. It can be used on its own or mixed with other beverage-making ingredients. Has varying solubility. Read on, I'll explain. This blend is surprisingly super sweet. Do not add sweetening enhancements (e.g., monk fruit, additional stevia, honey, fruits, etc.) until you taste this on its own to gauge for yourself. I don't want my drinks cloyingly sweet, nor do I want them bland. I was expecting a low-carb lawn, given how green the powder and resulting beverage looked and smelled.Instructions give us little to go by regarding how much liquid we should use per scoop. So I do what I always do. I took 2-scoops and added it, along with my chia seed powder (fiber and protein, plus a natural thickener), to ~16oz of room temp, filtered water, and blended. Unless told otherwise by the product label, I equate one scoop of powder to ~8oz of water/liquid. I like to supplement certain nutrients and protein in the mornings, so I make a 16oz beverage as part of my breakfast. There are some weird insoluble pieces of yellowish chips floating about. I assume these are the Tumeric? Otherwise, everything else is highly soluble. Again, the scoop is odd. I used it as a regular one, completely ignoring the weird, unnecessary pour spout attached. Measured out to the flat top of the main body of the utensil and doled it into my blender cup. I assume that is what they mean by a scoop, per the serving. We get ~30 servings per tub.I'm annoyed by the vague use of "natural flavors" as the first ingredient. This generalized term, based in the US, could be anything. Remember, supplements/vitamins are not regulated the same as food. So they can essentially make whatever claims they want on the packaging and, unless there is a third-party tester branded on the bottle, we can't say for sure if any of it is accurate. Per the front label, this is supposed to be 100% natural.I also wish powdered drink makers would stop using these horrible, bulky, inconvenient plastic tubs. A resealable bag, preferably a biodegradable one, would be better suited for something temporary. In less than a month, this little plastic container is going to be sitting in my recycling or taking up unnecessary extra space on the shelf where I keep all of my other powders and potions. At least with a resealable bag, it would take up less room overall. And there is no need to include a plastic utensil. These, too, are wasteful and will end up in a landfill or recycling center somewhere. Just tell me how many tablespoons I need per serving.First, this has the cool scoop that folds in half to fit inside smaller bottles and drink spouts. Win!It's an army green powder that smells more like fresh fruit than any other drink product I've tried. The instructions say to add a scoop to your favorite drink without specifying amount of fluid - I tried 1/2 scoop in about 16 ounces of water and found it to be a weak flavor, so added the remainder of the scoop. It mixed well with just a strawWith a slight bit of gritty residue left on the top and bottom that mixed back in.It's not pretty. That military-grade green remained for the mixed beverage, too dense to see though. That extra half scoop added some grit to the bottom I'm delibrately holding the straw a bit up while drinking to avoid chewing my beverage. The flavor is quite mild, more fruit based than vegetable. It's tough to pin a single flavor on it, but it's not awful. Their advice to mix it with another beverage should probably be heeded - probably something like a smoothie with more texture than water to hide the grittiness. The power is fine, but it does not readily or easily mix with plain water. We tried adding the powder to water and water to powder -- either way, and despite vigorous stirring with a spoon, there was unwetted and unmixed powder left behind. I think this powder is best used in a blended mix where a more forceful mixing method can be employed.Easy to use either in a blended beverage (best way to fully dissolve) or as a beverage if you don't mind some unmixed powder in your beverage. There is only 1 gram of sugar in the product mix, but it has a sweet flavor. Also, only 1 gram of fiber, so this is not a fiber supplement.I am never sure what "Natural Flavors" means on an ingredients listing -- I suggest the vendor either better define what this is or, better yet, list the actual ingredients comprising the flavor. The actual flavor is more of berries and sweet than greens and earthy. It's a pleasant flavor that those who dislike the taste of greens may enjoy.A little expensive at about $40 at the time of our review for 30 servings, it is less expensive than sourcing the ingredients yourself or ordering a similar nutritional drink at an outside establishment. We do like this drink powder mix and recommend it.
